In this three-hour course I will teach you how to make contemporary drum lampshades to a high professional standard. You will learn how to:

Position your fabric on your lampshade, thinking about pattern placement and repeats
Adhere your fabric onto the laminate panel used to make the shade
Hand roll the covered panel on to the lampshade rings, expertly tucking the fabric under the rings to make the perfect shade

•Adhere trims and edgings should you wish to

•Use different fabrics, papers and finishings, and how to re-make drum lampshade

We will also look at different sizes and methods so you are equipped to make more for fun or professionally. You will go home with a wonderful lampshade and the ability to make many more!
