This is a small but beautiful lampshade which harks back from mid last century. It has a lovely frame shape, fluted or scalloped base ring, and a collar near the top. Pale off-white/oyster chiffon has been pleated down the frame, and clinched at the top with a copper and cream trim. Around the base the same trim has been used. Inside the shade has been lined with a peachy silk which ensures, when lit, that the light given is really warm. It has a UK light fitting and is perfect for a desk or table lamp. Please use a LED bulb with this shade as it will be positioned near the fabric.

Size - height - 17cm, base diameter - 17.5cm, top diameter - 10cm.

Vintage condition - there are issues with this shade, inside the lining is not as clean as it could be (please see image) but it is through wear not negligence! and there are one or two stains on the outside but overall it is lovely and a sweet example of vintage lighting.
