This stunning ‘Blue India’ lampshade has been made using marbled paper commissioned from Pink Artisans in Jaipur. The paper used is a re-cyclable cotton tree-free paper crafted by local artisans and they have collaborated with us allowing us to make these lovely shades. The lampshades have a white lining, and are completed with a cotton trim in ivory white.

These empire shades come in different sizes (see drop down menu below for sizes) with a standard EU/UK fitting in the base ring (they are suitable for table or desk lamps only, not as ceiling or pendant shades) - however please email me if you prefer a duplex fitting (see FAQs page for more info). They can also be made in different styles such as drums (also see the pleated paper shade) using this fantastic paper, please do contact me and ask!

The lining is a fire-retardant material, but we always recommend that you use a low-wattage or LED bulb with your shade.

This shade will be hand made for you so please allow two/three weeks for delivery.

Please note that as the paper is hand marbled, there are differences in pattern and finish for each shade including spots, splashes and streaks! but they all look wonderful in this fantastic paper.
